Logging
Our company has started renewal and modernization of the logging process.
We participated in negotiations with representatives of modern procurement equipment TIGER CAT and JOHN DEERE which resulted in supply of brand new logging equipment for the needs of the production cycle from 2014 to 2015.
It allowed to reduce production costs and increase benefits.
Since 2019, taking into account the practice of working on these technological complexes and issues of their maintenance, we have purchased 2 sets of complexes from the Ponsse company.
We participated in negotiations with representatives of modern procurement equipment TIGER CAT and JOHN DEERE which resulted in supply of brand new logging equipment for the needs of the production cycle from 2014 to 2015.
It allowed to reduce production costs and increase benefits.
Since 2019, taking into account the practice of working on these technological complexes and issues of their maintenance, we have purchased 2 sets of complexes from the Ponsse company.

- 3 Delli sawmill flows with a capacity of up to 40 thousand m3 of lumber per year;
- 1 Mebor sawmill flow (Slovenia) with a capacity of up to 40 thousand m3 of lumber per year.
In addition, a boiler house building with a thermal energy capacity of 6 MW was built and the first stage
with a thermal energy capacity of 3 MW was launched.
Modernization of the enterprise and increase in capacity made it possible to improve the quality and
increase the range of products, expand the staff and attract local residents to work.

Automatic log sorting lines as well as the latest drying chambers have already been put into operation:
- Holtek automatic raw material sorting line (Germany);
- 1st stage of a drying complex of 6 chambers with a drying capacity of up to 54 thousand m3 of lumber per year.
